Florida Student Athlete Profile Services, Inc. is a unique student-athlete marketing service dedicated to helping high school athletes, at any skill level or sport get the attention of college coaches, recruiters and / or athletic directors. We are unlike any other "recruiting" service on the market today. In order to understand what we can do for you, it is essential that you understand the reasons why we are unique.
The question: What makes Florida Student Athlete Profile Services different from other "recruiting" services?
Situation: Generally, "recruiting" services maintain an unsecured web-based directory consisting of hundreds or even thousands of student-athlete profiles, which include dates of birth, GPA, home addresses and other personal data. The hope is that college coaches, by chance, will browse the web site directory and "recruit" a particular athlete. These services also prepare subjective "scouting" reports and mass-mail them to college coaches and recruiters. These recruiting services employ very few, if any, active marketing techniques.
The difference between Florida Student Athlete Profile Services and others, answered in five simple statements:
1. We are not a "recruiting" service. We are a one-on-one personal marketing and counseling service, not just a “recruiting web site.” We maintain a full time local area office in Miami Lakes, Fl. We are a registered Florida Corporation. A Miami Dade resident, who has lived and worked in the community for over 35 years, founded the company; he understands the local demographics, and different needs of the athletes in our communities. Our company does not “recruit” clients via the Internet; we use the World Wide Web for marketing our services and for advertisement. Our athlete’s profiles are not viewable by the public; they are password protected and are only accessible by the clients and the registered collegiate coaches and / or recruiters utilizing our services.
2. We have incorporated a high performance platform that effectively and economically offers student athletes the ability to retain, manage, update, and market their resumes to college coaches, recruiters, and athletic organizations. This platform gives collegiate coaches and / or recruiters an effortless tool to effectively expand their recruiting outreach. Our athletes submit only pertinent academic, athletic, and personal information to provide coaches and / or recruiters an accurate and comprehensive evaluation of the prospects' abilities and qualifications. Our state of the art video system allows for up to five minutes of clear, in-house edited player highlight video, complete with spot shadow, extra large video screen, and a pre-loading stream technology that eliminates video delays.
3. We discourages "mass mailings!" We believe that it is important to target specific colleges and universities, which meet the athlete’s interest and academic aptitude. We then develop a targeted marketing program for those specific schools. Unlike a recruiting service, our company helps and encourages the athlete to promote their selves. We create individualized marketing campaigns for each athlete. We prepare all of the promotional materials and assist the parent or athlete circulate them to targeted coaches. However, all the materials sent to a coach are under the athletes name, with the athlete's signature, and do not reveal that the athlete has utilized our service. The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules are meticulously followed by our organization.
4. We understands that in today's ever growing arena of athletics, fame, and fortune has spawned fierce competition for collegiate recruitment. Combined with the sparseness of university recruiting budgets, one athlete with less skill than another on the same team may receive more recruitment interest, simply because he or she has been better marketed to colleges or universities. In contrast to traditional approaches, our innovative style of marketing creates a strong impact on college coaches and athletic directors, “quality is job one.” Our innovative, dynamic approach, and technical abilities pave the way for ground-level communication between athletes and his or her targeted coach or university. We offer video/web conferencing services that draw more coaches to the prospective student athlete because of the savings involved with recruitment travel and time. Florida Student Athlete Profile Services is only one of a few production and profile maintenance services, which offers authenticated athlete’s statistical data. We do not condone subjective scouting reports or profiles.
